HELIOS STS allows manual format changes WITHOUT STOPPING PRODUCTION while the knives are cutting.
STS can be supplied in various configurations: SIDE TRIM only, SIDE TRIM + CENTRE CUT or CENTRE CUT only.
STS is the best solution for continuous operation machines such as extruders where slit width format changes are required during the production run.
The cutting units can be manually moved from the side of the machine, so that operators can work in total safety and without time loss while changing slit width.
